About the Town of Bloomsburg:

  • Located along the Susquehanna River
  • Home to the largest State Fair in Pennsylvania that takes place in late September

Some Things to Do:

  • Participate in one of the more than 50 student organizations
  • Try one of the coffee shops, restaurants, or shops that are on Main Street
  • In September, visit the Bloomsburg Fair
  • Go to Knoebel’s Amusement Park or visit Bloomsburg Town Park
  • Go hiking or biking on the trails in the regions state parks
  • Use the on campus gym that is free to use with your BU ID card
  • Visit a local micro-brewery
  • Go on a BU organized trip to Baltimore, NYC, Boston, or Washington DC
